You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout and form of crystalgallery.com without the written consent of Crystal Gallery L.L.C. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by Crystal Gallery L.L.C complement.
User Name and Password

Product and Service Description, Pricing, Availability
Online pricing specifications and availability of products are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing or offers is subject to correction.
Whilst we make every effort to complete your order there will be times when we may not have adequate stock of the product/s you intend to purchase. In that case you will be informed by e-mail as to when you can expect the product/s, offered alternative options or your credit card will be refunded accordingly.
We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers. Published prices do not include sales tax, shipping and insurance.
Payment
Payments may be made online by Visa or MasterCard. You may also pay offline by sending a form to us by fax detailing your financial information that will be forwarded to comtrust.com. Payment will be debited from the buyer's account by comtrust.com before the dispatch of the order. We do everything we can to keep your order and payment details secure, but purchases from this website are at the buyer's risk.
Passing of title
All goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.
Returns Policy
All Items (including Jewelries and Custom-Made products) cannot be Exchanged due to the current COVID-19 situation to ensure public health & safety.
Crystal Gallery does not have a Cash Refund policy due to fragile nature and packing of the products.
Products purchased during sales and special promotions cannot be exchanged.
Products not collected by the customer will be disposed after 3 months.
Customized products will be produced only after the Customer artwork written approval only.
Delivery date mentioned is calculated only after the date & time of artwork confirmation and not from date of order confirmation.

To return the products please follow the process below:
On-line customers will receive a Return Form and instructions with their shipment explaining how to return items directly to our Returns Center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The process of returning crystalgallery.com merchandise, using the form included in your shipment, is:
♦ Enter catalog number, description and the quantity being returned on Return Form attached to the packing list.
♦ Indicate the reason for your return using one of our codes. Please be as specific as possible to help us serve you better.
♦ Once completed, tear off the Return Form and enclose it in the original shipping package. Keep the top portion (Packing List) for your records.
♦ Securely pack items and seal the package. Apply our return label, located below the Return Form, to the exterior of the package. Remove any other shipping labels.
♦ Return to: Showrooms 17 to 26, 533 B, Al Aweer Road, Ras Al Khor, P.O.Box - 487, Dubai, U.A.E.
♦ Please note: We cannot accept or collect postage-due return shipments and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package. We cannot exchange or refund purchases made anywhere other than crystalgallery.com
On receipt of your returned products, we'll promptly process it and credit your account for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and a (amount has to be specified) % restocking fee. Online customers are encouraged to return products to us by post. However, should you choose to come to a store to meet a store associate and talk about your purchase, our stores will accept the return. Refunds for credit card or commercial account purchases will be credited to the original credit account number used at the time of purchase. Allow time for the credit to appear in your second billing cycle after the return. Refunds of purchases made by personal or business check or money order will be made by check usually within (days have to specify) days after the return.
Most merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund for a period of 8 days from the date when you receive the goods. Merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition, in original cartons with original packing and must be accompanied by a completed Return Form.
Note: Returns that are not made as set out above will be sent back or rejected and no refund or credit will be processed.
Canceling an Order
In the event that you need to cancel an order placed online, please call +971(0)4 333 1660 or e-mail info@crystalgallery.com immediately. If we are unable to stop your order from being shipped, you may return it using the procedures listed above.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive cartons that are visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original carton, all packing materials and parts intact. Please contact our Customer Service Department at +971(0)4 333 1660 or e-mail info@crystalgallery.com within (days have to specify) calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics ('Marks') indicated on this site are trademarks of Crystal Gallery L.L.C and/or its affiliates, in the United Arab Emirates and other countries. You may not make any use of Crystal Gallery's Marks without the prior written consent of Crystal Gallery L.L.C.

Force Majeure
Neither of the parties here to shall be deemed to be in default of their contractual obligations, in so far as execution of their obligations is delayed, hindered or prevented by an unforeseen accident or a case or force majeure.
For the purposes hereof, only irresistible events or circumstances, which are beyond the control of the parties and are unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and cannot be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts, shall be deemed to constitute an unforeseen accident or a case of force majeure.
The party affected by such circumstances must inform the other party to this effect within 10 working days of the date upon which he/she/it becomes aware of same.
In such event, both parties here to shall enter into mutual contact, within a period of one month, failing impossibility to do so as a result of force majeure, in order to examine the impact of such event and to agree upon the conditions in which the performance of the agreement for sale may be continued.
Should the case of force majeure last for a period exceeding three months, these general terms of sale may be terminated by the aggrieved party.
It is hereby expressly stipulated that, in addition to those cases of force majeure or unforeseen accidents, the following cases shall be deemed to constitute cases of force majeure or unforeseen accidents: the blockage of transport facilities or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, flooding, lightening damage; the shutdown in telecommunication networks or difficulties specific to telecommunication network which do not belong to the customers.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
This site is provided by Crystal Gallery L.L.C. on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Crystal Gallery L.L.C makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crystal Gallery L.L.C. disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Crystal Gallery L.L.C. will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential and punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crystal Gallery L.L.C, its officers, employees, and agents for any loss, claims, cost or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses) incurred by reason of any claim made by any third party concerning any matter to which the preceding limitation of liability may apply.

Changes in this agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of this site after any changes to this agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.
Crystal Gallery L.L.C. may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of crystalgallery.com site, including the availability of any features of the site, at any time. Crystal Gallery L.L.C may impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire site without notice or liability. Crystal Gallery L.L.C may terminate authorization, rights and license given above, upon such termination; you shall immediately destroy all materials.
