Crystal Gallery LLC offer free product delivery within UAE if the total purchase amount is above AED 2000. For inside UAE normal delivery, the charge is 20 AED, and we also have express delivery inside UAE with a charge of 100 AED. Additionally, we currently ship worldwide. The cost of shipping of your order depends on the weight and destination. The more you buy the less you pay per US Dollar. Therefore, we cannot calculate exact shipping costs until your shopping cart is complete. You will be asked to enter your location and the exact shipping cost will be displayed. You will still be able to modify your cart, should you wish to do so. You may ship to a different address than your billing address. However, the billing address must be the same as the address on your credit card, so our card processor will recognize the cardholder as valid. For security reasons, we cannot accept orders to P.O. boxes.

Tracking

An e-mail will be sent to you with your courier service tracking number. To track your order, go to particular link ; select your location; track a package by entering your tracking number in the space provided.

Packaging

In order to ensure that the crystal product/s gets to you completely intact, all goods are packed in heavy duty double wall cardboard boxes; all crystal product/s inside are packed with foam, paper and bubble wrap for extra security.
