2. Once the payment is received, our sales support team will forward your customization request to our graphic designers to create the artwork based on your given data.
3. The sales support team will send an email with artworks options like the one below, for your approval.

4. If the artwork is to be revised, you can reply back to the email with your comments. If there are no changes to be done you can request the sales coordinator to proceed with the order.
5. Should you change your mind about the product, you can always choose a different product. The amount you paid will be kept as an advance amount, which can be used for any product you are going to purchase.
6. We will commence production only after receiving your artwork approval email. You can add more options like adding customized presentation box to your order or you can increase the quantity during this stage. The additional amount can be paid online from your online user account.
7. Upon production being completed, our dispatch team will contact you to arrange the delivery.
