How our online product customization works ?
- You can upload your images or logo or text along with you can mention some remarks if required by click on customize button. After that you can pay online
- Once the payment is received, our sales support team will forward your customization request to our graphic designers to create the artwork based on your given data.
- The sales support team will send an email with artworks options like the one below, for your approval.
- If the artwork is to be revised, you can reply back to the email with your comments. If there are no changes to be done you can request the sales coordinator to proceed with the order.
- Should you change your mind about the product, you can always choose a different product. The amount you paid will be kept as an advance amount, which can be used for any product you are going to purchase.
- We will commence production only after receiving your artwork approval email. You can add more options like adding customized presentation box to your order or you can increase the quantity during this stage. The additional amount can be paid online from your online user account.
- Upon production being completed, our dispatch team will contact you to arrange the delivery.

Here we given how your online enquiry being attended
- For product enquiry, you can choose the item and click on enquiry button like bellow
- For general enquiry you can click Contact Us menu
- Once we received your enquiry, our sales executives will attend you, and our designers prepare artwork based on your given data. Then within 4 hours on business days we will send you email with different artwork options like below. You can select one, or if you need any change, we will revise it and will start production only upon your artwork approval email.
- You can add more options like adding customized presentation box link to your order or you can increase quantity during this stage. The amount you can pay online from your online user account.
- Upon production complete, our dispatch team will contact you for delivery
